Fiuge Oy is currently looking for reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We are hiring drivers for an employment-based role in short and quick delivery (not contractor-based).
In this role, quality, punctuality and efficiency matter: the better you perform, the more you can earn. Earnings are calculated on a weekly basis based on completed deliveries — the more deliveries you complete, the higher your earnings will be. We guarantee a minimum earnings level, but with active work your earnings will clearly higher. In addition, we provide mileage compensation for the use of your own car or electric bicycle.
The work is shift-based, and shifts are agreed in advance. The role requires commitment to agreed shifts and working hours. During a shift, the driver operates exclusively on Fiuge assignments, and simultaneous driving for other platforms is not permitted. The employment includes statutory benefits such as insurance and pension contributions.
The work takes place in an urban environment under varying weather conditions. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy being on the move, can work independently, and want to influence your own earnings through your performance.
Responsibilities
• Deliver orders safely and on time to customers in the Helsinki area
• Act responsibly and smoothly in traffic
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Ensure proper handling of deliveries
• Communicate with the operations team
• Use the mobile application in daily work
Requirements
• Option A: Valid driving license and your own car available for deliveries
• Option B: Your own electric bicycle or similar available for deliveries
• Valid work permit in Finland
• Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated work approach
• Ability to work independently
• Sufficient English skills to perform the job
